We are JCS Real Estate Newcastle.

Josh and Courtney Simpson created JCS Real Estate in 2020, focusing on the management of investment properties for landlords looking for a better, more personal property management experience. The continuing growth of JCS has been through word of mouth and client referrals, in both residential sales and property management.

We provide our clients with an experience they can’t find anywhere else, when buying, selling, and managing their property portfolio.

Courtney has been in the Newcastle and Lake Macquarie real estate industry for 20 years. She has been a licensed real estate agent since 2008 working in Residential Property, Commercial Property and Real Estate Administration. This vast experience allows Courtney to provide outstanding real estate services.

Joshua started his real estate career with Courtney after a 15-year career with the NSW Police Force. Josh worked in various positions and locations in Sydney, Western NSW, Lake Macquarie, and Newcastle. Working alongside Courtney, Josh also has extensive experience in property investment, property maintenance and home renovations. The career and life experience Josh brings to the business, places him in an excellent position to assist clients in selling and managing their homes.

Courtney and Josh have been investing in property for over 20 years as homeowners and property investors. They have invested in numerous investment properties, sometimes purchasing unliveable properties, known as ‘renovators delights.’ They have turned these rundown buildings into beautiful homes and solid investments.

As a husband-and-wife team, Josh and Courtney develop strong connections with their clients, resulting in excellent outcomes and long-term real estate relationships.
